Booking an appointment

A booking made online is a request, not a confirmation. We confirm it and assign your stylist separately, and we will contact you if the slot you chose is not workable.

Prices shown are a starting point. The final amount depends on hair length, density and the work actually involved, and you will always be told before we begin.

Changes and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, any deposit taken at booking is retained, because the slot can rarely be filled at short notice.

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your start time we may need to shorten or reschedule the service so that later guests are not delayed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Please give accurate contact details. We rely on them to reach you about your booking.

Services and suitability

Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, medication and any recent treatments before we begin. Some services include a patch test, and we may decline a treatment where we judge it unsuitable.

Results vary between individuals. We will discuss what is realistically achievable during your consultation.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise. We accept the methods displayed at the counter. Deposits are applied against your final bill.
